What you are expected to receive

Safe and Comfortable Accommodation

We provide clean, secure, and welcoming homes that are tailored to individual needs—whether it's a shared setting or private accommodation. Our properties are regularly maintained and designed to promote independence while ensuring safety and comfort.

Person-Centred Support

Every individual we support is unique, so we create personalised care plans that reflect their goals, choices, and preferences. We work closely with each person, their families, and support networks to regularly review and adapt care to changing needs

24/7 Support (As Needed)

Support is available whenever it's needed—day or night. Whether it's regular daily assistance or occasional help during emergencies, our trained team is always within reach to offer reassurance and practical support.

 Help with Daily Living Activities

We provide hands-on help with essential day-to-day tasks like cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Where needed, we also support personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, always with dignity and respect

Employment and Education Support

Whether someone wants to volunteer, study, or find paid work, we’re here to support those goals. We assist with CV building, job applications, training opportunities, and work placements where possible.

Advocacy and Rights Support

Everyone deserves to have their voice heard. We empower individuals to understand their rights, make informed choices, and speak up for themselves. Where needed, we can also connect them with professional advocacy services.

Support with Managing Finances

From budgeting advice to managing bills and accessing benefits, we help individuals gain confidence in handling their finances while ensuring they are supported in a responsible and secure way.

Health and Wellbeing Support

We support individuals to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including help with medication, attending medical appointments, and encouraging mental and physical wellbeing through healthy routines and activities.

 Promoting Independence and Life Skills

Building confidence is at the heart of supported living. We offer guidance and training in everyday skills like meal preparation, personal hygiene, using public transport, or organising routines—all to help individuals live more independently.

 Social Inclusion and Community Access

We believe in connection and belonging. Our support includes helping individuals get involved in local events, social activities, clubs, or volunteer opportunities—encouraging meaningful relationships and a sense of community.
